an AI-native brand and marketing agency based in Perth, Western Australia.

Brand strategy, creative campaigns, digital marketing, web and app development,
AI automation, and analytics. Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines,
and fees are agreed separately per engagement in a proposal or statement of
work. Website information is general and does not constitute a binding offer.

## 3. Intellectual property

All website content — text, graphics, logos, design, code, and visual assets —
is the property of Intelligency or its licensors. You may not reproduce,
distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

## 4. Client work and ownership

Ownership of client work is governed by the agreement for each engagement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, on full payment clients receive ownership of
final deliverables. Intelligency retains the right to showcase work unless a
confidentiality agreement is in place.

## 5. Use of AI

We integrate AI tools and systems into our workflows to enhance research,
ideation, production, and optimisation. All AI-assisted output is reviewed and
directed by senior human professionals. We disclose AI's role in any engagement
on request.

## 6. Website use

You agree not to use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access,
interfere with functionality or security, or scrape, copy, or reproduce content
without permission.

## 7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law the website and its content
are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any website-related
claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing
excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
