Intelligency is an AI-native brand and marketing agency based in Perth, Western
Australia. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Intelligency. "Personal information"
has the meaning given in the Privacy Act 1988.

## 2. What personal information we collect

- **Contact form and enquiry submissions** — name, email address, company name
  (if provided), areas of interest, and message content.
- **Analytics and usage data** — pages visited, time on page, referral source,
  device and browser type, screen resolution, approximate city/country-level
  location derived from IP, and interaction events, via Google Analytics and
  Vercel analytics.
- **Communication records** — the content of emails and other correspondence.

We do not collect sensitive information (health, racial, or biometric data)
through this website.

## 3. How we collect personal information

Directly from you when you fill out a form or correspond by email, and
automatically via cookies, tracking pixels, and analytics scripts. We do not
purchase personal information from data brokers or third-party lists.

## 4. How we use your personal information

To respond to enquiries and provide services; to communicate about projects,
proposals, and service updates; to understand and improve website use; to
measure marketing effectiveness; and to comply with Australian law.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties
for their independent marketing purposes.

## 5. Third-party services and overseas disclosure

- **Google Analytics** (Google LLC, USA) — anonymised usage data; uses cookies
  to distinguish users. Opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- **Vercel Inc.** (USA) — hosting, deployment, and Speed Insights. Processes
  server logs that may include IP addresses and request metadata.
- **Resend Inc.** (USA) — transactional email delivery for form submissions.

Servers may be located outside Australia, primarily in the United States. Under
APP 8.1, once information is disclosed to an overseas recipient we may not be
able to ensure compliance and may not be accountable for their acts or
practices.

## 6. Cookies and tracking technologies

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) generate pseudonymous identifiers.
Essential cookies keep the site working. We do not use cookies for targeted
advertising or cross-site tracking.

## 7. Data storage and security

HTTPS/TLS in transit; contact form submissions delivered by encrypted email and
not stored in a persistent database on the website; access limited to authorised
personnel; third-party services selected on security practices. We retain
personal information only as long as necessary, then destroy or de-identify it.

## 8. Use of artificial intelligence

We use AI tools in internal workflows — website development, content creation,
business operations. Those tools do not have access to personal information
submitted through website forms. Form submissions are handled solely through the
email delivery pipeline in section 5 and are not processed by any AI system.

## 9. Your rights under the Privacy Act 1988

Access (APP 12), correction (APP 13), erasure where we no longer need the
information, and withdrawal of consent to future communications. We respond
